Finned Tubular heater basic manufacturing design consists of steel sheath tubular heating elements with a continuous edge-wound strip of metal creating spiral fins, at the rate of 4-5 per linear inch. The spiral fins are furnace brazed to the element sheath, thus providing permanent attachment and maximising heat transfer to the fins and process.
